We are very flexible in how we work with our clients, as every client and project is unique. Our general approach would typically be as follows:
Initial Enquiry
Customer Contacts us or we call you back at your request.
Initial Brief
Customer supplies an initial brief / project outline via our quote form or questionaire via email.
Initial Spec
We build an initial spec of your project according to the information you have supplied.
Customer Review of Spec
We ask you to review the spec and make any initial additions, modifications and voice any concerns.
Formal Spec
We will then produce a detailed spec and confirm development time and cost.
These steps are usually an iterative process, so may be repeated until both you and we are happy to continue.

Design and Build
Initial Mock-up
Here, we will produce our basic interpretation of the customer's spec.
Customer Review of Mock-up
We invite the customer to give their opinion and thoughts on the mock-up. We will use any comments, suggestions and criticism to tailor the mock-up more to the customer's ideal design.
Full Design and Build of Page Templates
At this stage, the design is confirmed and we will develop the pages templates into which the content will be added.
Customer Supplies Content
The customer supplies their content in an agreed format, such as Word, HTML, plain text etc
Content Added To Site
All pages are created using the templates and the content is added and formatted into the site design.
